Spread formation is spread like "WIDE" Formation

In the spread playbook some plays that are not designed to be "Wide", has the wide recievers come out way to "wide"  Spread is not a "Wide" formation like the "WIDE" Formation.  I noticed this with a custom playbook.  Either there are wide plays in the spread playbook that are not Labled and are in the wrong playbook or the game is coded wrong in this formation.

For example when If I am lined up on the right Hash then my left slot WR will be lined up way on the left hash and then my left outside WR will be lined up between the Left hash and the sideline.

Also happens when I audible into that formation.

And when running no huddle.
