Yes, give us options either though sliders or an editable trait in the player profile, something like: willing to transfer yes/no

Yeah hopefully that was just something that occurred in the Beta version of the game the creators were playing. I like the potential madness of the TP, but top players shouldn't be transferring right away, UNLESS there is a massive shift in the team (coaches leaving, terrible season record, etc.)

You can adjust this in Settings, there's sliders where you can adjust how many overall can leave a team each year, you can also adjust a slider for user and for computer teams as to the likelihood how often they'd transfer.  I adjusted mine in the first offseason and noticed a significant difference...guys who I would've absolutely lost, now mostly stayed.  Also saw fewer guys from other teams entering.  Now I'm just trying to find a happy medium, so that it feels realistic without going overboard, but you can definitely adjust things

yeah I’m doing a team builder dynasty now and might nerf it for season 1 so none of my guys transfer out. I reacted my HS and don't want to lose anyone haha. When I start my real dynasty I'll keep it as is, but I hope they tune some of it.
