Weather or Crowd Noise?

I'm not sure how this really works in the real world, as I have never tried to kick a field goal in front of tens of thousands of people, but how does crowd noise have a direct effect on how easy it is for me to kick a field goal when I'm on the road?  While crowd noise on the road has the largest impact on kicking, weather has no impact.  High-wind games with heavy rain occur and cause kickers to miss all the time, except in the realm where these games are played.  Now on punts, the aiming arrow is skewed a little when there is high wind, but it still has no direct impact on kicks. I just had my kicker make a 62-yard field goal, kicking into a 14mph wind in his face.
