Can I get a refund

My MIC LB is now a DE, known issue that’s been ignored

just played a 10min q game on Heisman and my offensive super sim threw for 41 yds, known issue also ignored

no longer receiving my pre order bonus on RTG, it’s an offline game mode with no micro transactions why was my 50 skill points capped at one RTG

gameplay logic favor the AI on every rep, there is no fair chance for end users, we just play threw bs code and figure it out, more frustrating than rewarding

Aesthetically the game is phenomenal, the atmosphere and tunnel walk out huge win, the themed school celebrations peak immersion, whatever team does this hit the mark!

everything else is this game at least for RTG fail miserably and the worst part is with all this customer engagement on EA forums all complaints and suggestions are grossly ignored. A refund is due, to much money is made by EA to produce this, feels borderline corrupt this development is this lack luster. Mass refunds! Wish there was a dept that handled class action suits for getting back at lazy development studios resting on their name
