Interceptions..

I purchased this game for the fun of interceptions in Road To Glory as a CB. I've never been good at these games, and can't seem to get better. I'm a casual that doesn't have a lot of time on his hands. Why did you ruin the game, and stop the QBs from throwing to the receiver your RTG CB is covering? I don't play online, and don't play dynasty.  I only play RTG and I want 3-4 interceptions per game. Unfortunately I made the error of purchasing this game, and should have read the difficulty people are having intercepting the ball. I don't see any reason to waste my money on the next installment if this isn't going to be fixed.

Also, I'm Canadian, but I have to choose a US city and state to be from? Way to include other countries. What a waste of money.

    Line up outside of the receiver in man to man and stay just behind or outside of them as they run the route and you should be able to get more picks that way.

    I'm just so terrible at reading routes. If they get in front of me, there's no catching up. My player has 95 speed, and they're gone. All I know, is before an update I was catching 3-4 int per game. Now I'm lucky if I can get 1. I'll likely try your idea again, but I doubt it'll help me. Lol. Thanks for responding!

    It's because they took the Lurking feature away instead of simply fixing it. When I was playing Mike, I would be covering the running back. When I would get anywhere near where the pass was going, I would automatically go after the ball even if it was over my head. This was the problem. Instead of fixing that aspect of the game, they simply took it away. I am a welder, and if I were to put a product out like what EA has put out time and time a gain, I wouldn't have a job.

    RTG CB is the most boring position in the game. Just like you said, the opposing QB never throws to the man you're covering as a CB.

    Absolutely. It's too bad once they release a game they spend very little time properly fixing it because their shift focuses on next year's game to maximize revenue. They'll take the time to fix XP glitches (which I've never actually gotten to use) as soon as possible, but won't tweak the game so everyone can enjoy it.
