College football 26 new update (8/6/25) bug found

This is happening dynasty mode for me, I havent played other modes yet to see if its happening there as well, I’m on PS5, one of my players is injured (elbow bursitis) every play I keep getting the alert to substitute him.  It’s happened like 14 plays in a row at this point
