No Offers Available

Anyone else having issues with online?

I can play Ultimate Team just fine no online head to head so no online (says "No Offers Available")

But I can’t access Cloud Dynasty (says “No Offers Available”)

Play a Friend and Head-to-Head gives me the same error code

Online Dynasty won’t load

Play Now (offline) works normally

I own the full game digitally. At some point I launched the EA Play trial version after already owning it waiting for the 10th and ever since then I haven’t been able to access any online modes.

I’ve already tried: 4 times each

Full uninstall/reinstall 

Clearing saved data (local and cloud)

MAC address reset

DNS/cache changes

Hotspot workaround

I spoke to 4 EA support techs and they all tried to get me to do the steps over again and I told them it’s a known issue but I haven’t seen a fix yet. It seems like my profile is stuck in a trial or limited access mode.

Has anyone else run into this and actually had it fixed? I’ve got a whole league waiting on me to join and can’t get in. Any help would be appreciated!
