Unlink account to connect to different one
I created a team online but apparently my ea account was linked to an old psn account that I don't use anymore, I unlinked it to try to link it to the current one I am using but I keep getting an error how long do I need to wait to link it again to my current account I want to use the team I created.

I'm afraid you won't be able to link a new PlayStation account to the same EA account, even after unlinking the current one. This is because you can link only one platform account to an EA account in its lifetime.
Generally speaking, if you'd like to play using a different PlayStation account, you'll need a new EA account as well. However, if you haven't already, you could try reaching out to live support to see if they can help override the original account link. Please note that unlinking accounts always comes with some risks, so proceed only after you've taken a moment to understand them.
