What kind of response did you get with your case? It took me 5 separate tries via chat to finally get transferred to the CFB26 team and actually have someone join. The first time I waited for an hour and a half before giving up. Waited more like 30 minutes the next 2 times. The 4th time the “advisor” didn’t even say anything. Just closed the chat and my case so then I reopened it. They ended up saying they were submitting it as a bug and to watch their social media for any potential updates on a fix. I have virtually no hope of anything being resolved.
They told me the same thing they told you that they were reporting it as a bug to keep an eye out for updates. They need to make right asap.
