BIG 10 Conference Clash

Myself, along with several other CFB 26 players did not receive their 89+ packs for their 8th and 12th wins in the event.  More importantly; however, we also did not receive their conference tour souvenir token for the 15th win.  Without this token, users will be unable to redeem the 93 overall Jordyn Tyson. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be your #1 priority to make right for those who are looking forward to this card.  Thanks.

    I got the packs, but no souvenir token - which to me is much more important as I have not been grinding these past weeks challenges for no reason… Anyone having the same problem?

    same did not receive any of the rewards completely unacceptable

    Same thing is happening with me finally got 15 wins and got no rewards this needs to be fixed for this.
