Cannot connect to Ultimate Team and I keep getting the Connection Lost error.

I've tried everything on EA help and nothing works. Started yesterday and I keep getting the Connection Lost screen and Our servers cannot process your request at this time. My Event wins have also not been tracking for months now. Using the AI chat leads nowhere and just leads you in circles with no solution.
