Cheated out my National Championship

In college football 26 Ultimate Team I was up 49-7 and all of a sudden it said “your opponent is experiencing network issues” then once the message went away kick me out to Home Screen meanwhile i was still connected to internet and game me loss in national championship, very frustrating 

Cost me opportunity for national championship pack 

I sent proof of me winning and also proof of the opponent that did the disconnect glitch where it shows i was winning 49-7
