Clay Matthews Scholarship token locked

Hey I was wondering if someone from EA help team could unlocked my final walk on wonders scholarship token. I would love to get my Clay Matthews to level 87 since I won 35 games on Walk on wonders event. Could someone help me ASAP I completed the event last night. Has anyone else experienced this very frustrating.
