Day 5 Update – Ranked Head-to-Head RP Still Not Working

Ranked Head-to-Head wins are still not awarding any Ranked Points, and my leaderboard position remains frozen, despite games completing normally (wins count, coins awarded, record updates). Ranked progression has completely stopped.

 

Since this began, I have:

 

  • Opened multiple EA Help ticket claims
  • Spoken with chat support multiple times, including escalation to the technical/senior team
  • Been told this is an emerging issue affecting other players
  • Posted directly to EA on X (Twitter) for visibility
  • Created and updated forum posts daily

 

 

Despite all of this, nothing has changed.

 

Because Ranked Points are not registering for me while other players continue to progress, the integrity of competitive gameplay for my account is completely ruined. I’m actively competing near the Top 100, but with RP frozen, my performance is no longer reflected, effectively removing me from fair competition.

 

I’m posting again for visibility and documentation. If there is an official incident ID, a timeline, or guidance on whether missed RP or leaderboard impact will be reviewed once fixed, any clarification would be appreciated.

    At this point, this issue is actively deterring me from playing the game. When Ranked Points don’t register and competitive integrity no longer matters, there’s no incentive to continue playing Ranked and compete with Users, especially when performance isn’t reflected.

    Day 6 Update:

    Ranked Head-to-Head is still not functioning properly. Wins continue to award coins, but Ranked Points are not registering, making it impossible to fairly compete on the leaderboard. I’ve contacted EA through multiple support tickets, live chat, X (Twitter), and forum posts, and each time I’m told it’s being sent to the technical team — yet nothing has changed.

     

    At this point, the integrity of Ranked play is compromised. Players should not be removed from competition due to backend issues outside of their control. Until this is resolved, there is no incentive to play a competitive mode where progress and rankings cannot be trusted.

    My RP was moving but has since stopped and I've got nothing for my last 5 or 6 wins.

    What level are you out or interest? This only happened since i moved to Champion 3. I think i noticed i was negative points (alot of them) until i got to the next level which would make sense as im nowhere near a top 100 players.

    Instead of negative lots of points they should just make it harder to climb the ladders. Im average at best so really shouldn't be on a Champion 3 level.
