Day Two: Desynched from National Championship

Yesterday, my friend and I were playing our National Championship game, and I got desynched after we had just went up 20-0. It was still the first half, and we had just gotten a pic-6. I never once lost connection to Playstation servers or the internet, and it was purely your servers. This is the third time this has happened to me, and I am fed up with getting robbed of my National Championship packs. I have proof showing us up 20-0 before the desynch, and I have more proof and screenshots if need be. This is my second day posting on here, and I have not gotten an email back regarding my case. Don't lose a loyal customer for life over an issue on your game.
