Desync

I’m being desynced out of every online game I get into. My connection runs great (300 mbps) and I have the best ISP in my area according to EA’s site. I contacted the support team and they gave me the same bs answers their website provided (none worked) and basically told me to f*ck off. Spent money on this game to not even be able to play it fully since the first few days of release. They haven’t addressed the issue directly or fixed it in any update. I have no issues with any other game (including EA games) so I know it’s not an issue on my part. Ultimately feeling scammed and I’ve run out of things to try and apparently EA has too because they told me to come here. If anyone has any ideas or answers it’d be extremely appreciated.

    How do you guys allow another players connection to desync (in a national championship game) then you give me the lose and I get penalized for there internet. Honestly do better.

    Up 14-0 in Road to Playoffs online mode. Than grinder all the way to the Chip game. Only for dude to pause the game. And it says DESYNC. Kicks me off and my stats and win is not recorded.  Beyond frustrating because I dealt with IDLE mode glitch last year that cost me 15-20 games when I was up last year!! How does a billion dollar company allow this!

    Why do I get desync every squads game? My WiFi works well and I’ve tried on different WiFi but I get desync every time. These have to be the worst servers ever.
