For the past three days, I haven't been able to load into an Ultimate Team squads game, and haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from EA.
Someone from ea's support team help me!

Update: Make sure you don't have the same name what if promo players on both sides of the ball for your rosters - otherwise you won't load in
They are shouting... at you. Probably because you don't help people that have issues with the game, including them. Maybe if you actually helped people, they wouldn't have to shout at you.

I have now been with multiple agents that work there and have done numerous things to try to fix the game and not a single one has worked. Ea, fix your game!

Same I’ve tried playing squads with some friends after spending money to upgrade my team and can’t even play a game love EA but this is unacceptable
I can't even get on CUT. Have gotten absolutely zero help from these clowns at EA. Can't even chat with a representative anymore to get any help. It's absolutely pathetic
I get kicked off instantly when trying to get on ultimate team. EA doesn't help.
Having same issue here too with my 2 friends. We get stuck on the loading screen everytime. Everyone has restarted their games and consoles numerous times, we've switched assignments and hosts as well.... it's bugged
