After giving them loads of information about an email I do not have access to anymore after an hour I got told nothing we can do. After giving my twitch. Discord Ip address the email that is connected to my Ps5. Showing my last login on and  my last purchase. But they are quick to let you spend money on this game! I will not ever buy another EA game.
