This company is garbage! They’re quick to take your money, but seemed to have no inclinations related to what happens when you don’t get the goods you paid for. The support system is beyond ridiculous. One day I was disconnected 15 times and reconnected to a whole slew of random but like help agents that all sort of text and pasted the same BS lines over and over again.
They took my money a month ago made me go through giving all kinds of information and doing all kinds of ridiculous steps that basically felt like getting so flexible that I can kiss my own **bleep** before just saying maybe it’s a glitch we’ll file a report. But in the meantime, go read what others are saying on the forum and upload their issues in the hopes that this will escalate the support.
My response… Are you freaking out of your mind? I’m telling you directly there’s an issue and you’re seeing that there’s an issue. Why can’t the actual employee escalate an issue rather than waiting for a bunch of random yahoos like us and a chat for him to write a bunch of titles that are unrelated and poorly articulate our issues so that they don’t seem like they’re even the same issue. And hope that that creates a data point of what will look like a bunch of random stuff and individuals problems rather than a system wide issue.
for a company that’s making billions of dollars hands of her fist for product that hasn’t been approved in 25 years by much other than small detail and processing, it strikes me as odd that they can’t take care of anything. Not even something as simple as saying hey I see we’ve already taken $1000 from you but I’m noticing that $15 was stolen from you. Let me return it. Nope! EA is garbage.
