EA stole all 6.3 million of my CUT Coins

This morning I was greeted with a message when I launched NCAA 26...It said that all of my coins were removed for "Breaking the rules".  I opened  a support ticket that I am still waiting on a response to but anyone have any idea what this could be about?  Any chance that they actually fix this for me?  I almost exclusively play solos in CUT and when I do play H2H I certainly don't cheat (I don't even have the slightest idea as to how to).   I'm so frustrated and upset.  At this point I will not support EA in any capacity.  The least that they owe me is an explanation and evidence of me breaking a rule.

Hi there. We're not able to directly help with bans over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute so Terms of Service can investigate your account. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thanks!

  • I wasn't banned...Only had my coins stolen.   Either way I already contacted support and they did nothing.  I only posted here with hopes that the community might have more answers for me than EA provided.

Sorry about that. I should have been more specific. Anytime you wish to dispute any action taken for breaking the Terms of Service, follow the instructions in the article I linked previously.

  • There is nothing there for me to appeal.

Furthermore, I can log into the game just fine and access all of the content.  There is no indication that I am banned or did anything wrong, other than the message I received saying my coins were stolen and the fact that I have no coins.

No way, I got the same runaround as everyone else in this position.  The customer service people you can engage with aren't the people looking at the issue and the people looking at the issue are unreachable no matter how hard you try...As far as I am concerned EA is running a scam and stealing from people.

If you filed a case for your issue you'll receive the same denial email that everyone gets with no evidence of your wrongdoing and no evidence that an actual person even evaluated your case.  It's all automated smoke and mirrors.  And it doesn't matter at all that we know that, they are A+ at stiff arming us.  There's nothing we can do about it.

Yeah I tried all day but it was just a loop I ended up back with an advisor and he would send the same link and tell me to do the same stuff then I’d end up right back with a different advisor
