H2H wins in the gone pro event also do not track for me. Please help

This is ruining the end of the season for many of us, though. I myself will not be purchasing next year's game due to the amount of issues this year. To have one at the end of the season this big is not acceptable.
Definitely ruined the last 7 weeks or more since I wasn't able to earn any of the Event rewards for Record Breakers, Homegrown, Eggstra, What If? and Gone Pro. It is unacceptable for these major bugs to not be addressed, yet there is a store glitch and that is fixed within minutes.
It's been another week since the last update. Any news? Disappointed that the only way to get some of the best players is an event that isn't tracking.

Thanks EA_Barry - Appreciate it. As this has been affecting me (and I assume many others) for over 8 weeks now and I haven't been able to earn ANY of the rewards associated with all these events, I truly feel like I have been sold software that isn't providing the value that I spent my hard earned money on. I have reached the point to where I would like a refund or make rights. Can you help direct me to where I can begin this process?
Also, I will not be purchasing CFB 27 - I have no confidence currently in the EA Development and Product team that they are truly engaged in putting out a quality product.
