False bans

So my account got banned about 1 month ago after I had out ULT LTD Deion sanders on the market and he sold for 965k when at the time the market price was around 1.1-1.2. I had a couple other cards on the auction house as well at the time and they sold. After I got the ban and one of my cards sold, I still received my coins, which EA and I both know isn’t supposed to happen. So that means that the game banned me for no reason, now one of you “genius” devs will say “go appeal it and fill out a form” which would be smart, IF I COULD. On your official “help” website, it shows no such ban for me and nothing I can appeal yet, in the game I can not access auction house. Fix this issue.

    It’s also funny how all of the streamers that yall pay to play your game has had this same issue and their accounts have been fixed. But not mine, not the average player who still spends over $50 a week on it.

    Yea it’s crazy how they don’t genuinely give a sh** about the normal cfb players that spend money enough to even give us a second chance but will let’s all the coin selling promoting streamers get their ban lifted SMH 🤦🏽‍♂️
