Field Pass Lvl 50 Bowen Glitched, Not In Binder

A week ago I unlocked the field pass level 50 91ovr Bowen card and a 90bnd card from the premium pass, but instead of receiving him I got 2 90ovr bnd packs. When it happened I was kicked out of ultimate team for like 15min. I tried ea help 3 times and each time they couldn’t help me. I have a video of myself opening the packs and checking the field pass and my binder. Did this happen to anyone else?
