Game just idles during National Championship game.

As someone who truly loves playing this game how you would in real life, it comes with great pride to make it to a national championship game. My buddy and I go 7-2, make it to the national championship game and then within the first quarter of our game gets a black screen for about 3 seconds then transitions to a low camera angle below the goal post and then you just sit there until one of the other people quit. I stayed on this idle for about 45 minutes (pictured is just an 15 minute clip for evidence) and just gave up. It is SUPER FRUSTRATING EA. Please help me redeem a national championship pack (or 2 for this inconvenience). I have video evidence and everything.
