Our servers cannot process

I'm having the same issue everything was working till I got to the tower floor 10 and the new season starts in 2 days and then won't be able to get the 85 overall player , come on EA 

This happened to me when the game froze in the loading screen and I had to close app. Now everytime I try to do Floor 30 it crashes UT. Very frustrating that now I can’t get AJ because this bug. 

And now we are screwed out of getting aj Harris cause the game everyone pays for is **bleep**ed up and at the end of the tower there was a season 2 prize guess won't get that neither 

Yes it's **bleep**ing frustrating when the game **bleep**s up same **bleep** in 25 all year, I guess be prepared for the same **bleep** in 26 but it's hard to think a company like ea can't get it right 

Ive never played a title with so many glitches and bad gaming!  Ive paid for points for the first time in life no now i cant even use them on my ultimate team!!! I want my money back! ALL OF IT!!  This is as trash as it gets! A MONEY GRAB!!!!  And no compensation for the crap we have to endure until you FIGURE IT OUT!!!  Give me the game I paid for or give me my money back!
