H2H Ranked: Not getting the right rewards

Second time I’ve finished in the top 100 rank and only gotten champ rewards… What’s the deal here EA?? I’ve tried being patient, assuming you would eventually fix this, but if you’re not going to give people the rewards you promise, then why should we bother even playing your game anymore?
