In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. Once the team has updates for your case, depending on the number of cases they are actively investigating at the moment, they will reach out to you by email.
