Live Chat Help

I was banned last week for playing the "signing day" event, however it said I was CHEATING?? The email says permanently banned but when I went on the website the ticket says "warning". The platform on the ticket was also wrong, it said I was on PC when I play on PlayStation. To make matters worse, I submitted an appeal with over an HOUR worth of video evidence showing there was no cheating involved at all, as I was playing the games as normal. I received a Automatic response denying my appeal within a few hours. I submitted an appeal at least asking for an explanation of what I did wrong and I have not heard back at all. It has been over a week that I've been banned, and I've heard NOTHING from EA at all.

I have been looking for a way to live chat with a representative to at LEAST hear some kind of update. I understand I am not the only one having issues so I'm trying to be patient but when you spend over 100 dollars to purchase a game and this happens, its good reason to be frustrated. Does anyone know how to get a live chat or have experienced a ban before? I just want some type of update.

    EA_mplsnow​ Thank you for at least replying. Its said "waiting on studio" for the past week, can you give me insight at all to how long its going to take. CFB is the main game that I play so its just frustrating man. I also sent full hour+ long video evidence with YouTube URLs in my appeal. Is that something that they would ACTUALLY look at?? Its 3 videos, but all of them show me actually playing the event as normal. Can I send them to you, for you to give me your opinion on what I did wrong? I'm trying to do whatever I can to get unbanned. Also can you answer why I got a permanent BAN on a "WARNING"?. 

     WIll they actually look at the YouTube URLs I sent? Why was I permabanned for a warning? and How long approximately will the ban be resolved. Those few questions is all i wanna know and ill let it run its course.

    Thanks for taking the time to explain the situation, and sorry to hear that you're still waiting to hear back from your appeal on this account ban. 

    If you've followed these steps to create an appeal, you're on the right track! Unfortunately, live support will not be able to help, as account actions are handled by the ToS team. So I'm afraid you'll need to continue appealing as you have been. 

    In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. Once the team has updates for your case, depending on the number of cases they are actively investigating at the moment, they will reach out to you by email. We appreciate your patience while they're taking a look!
