Live Chat Help
I was banned last week for playing the "signing day" event, however it said I was CHEATING?? The email says permanently banned but when I went on the website the ticket says "warning". The platform on the ticket was also wrong, it said I was on PC when I play on PlayStation. To make matters worse, I submitted an appeal with over an HOUR worth of video evidence showing there was no cheating involved at all, as I was playing the games as normal. I received a Automatic response denying my appeal within a few hours. I submitted an appeal at least asking for an explanation of what I did wrong and I have not heard back at all. It has been over a week that I've been banned, and I've heard NOTHING from EA at all.
I have been looking for a way to live chat with a representative to at LEAST hear some kind of update. I understand I am not the only one having issues so I'm trying to be patient but when you spend over 100 dollars to purchase a game and this happens, its good reason to be frustrated. Does anyone know how to get a live chat or have experienced a ban before? I just want some type of update.
