Max upgrade token season 5 ultimate team

What’s the issue with the max upgrade token. I’ve completed all of my challenges. It says buy it from the trophy store but it wasn’t in the trophy store instead the trophy store had the regular upgrade tokens not the max upgrade and I spent my trophy on the regular upgrade trophies. When will this be patched and fixed for the Tim Tebo  and Charles Woodson cards ?
