Missing item in ultimate team - Ricky Williams

I opened up a pack with my points from the early release I was amazed when I pulled 86 LTD Ricky Williams but when I went to my line up to use him he didn’t pop up if yall could put him in my binder because it’s a lost item I know yall are busy with everything but this is somthing I’d like to get fixed, Thanks
