Missing item in ultimate team - Ricky Williams

I opened up a pack with my points from the early release I was amazed when I pulled 86 LTD Ricky Williams but when I went to my line up to use him he didn’t pop up if yall could put him in my binder ...

I opened 4 packs with my points and they contianted jermiah love and ricky williams i was amazed when i pulled these items but then i saw they were not in my binder i woukd like these items placed in my binder
