Negative Cut Points
I was refunded $100 worth of CUT points and the next day when I opened Cut I was at -11,780 Ultimate team points. I don’t know why, but basically saying I would have to spend $100 to get out of negatives?? Please help.

Same thing is happening to me I refunded something and it put me to negative points making me have to buy more stuff just to get it back to 0
I have a similar problem and they are supposedly looking into it. It's been a week though and I can't purchase any packs.
