Like many other people, I still have not received my crossover players after trying all their troubleshooting. EA is a Joke

They claim the issue is solved or that they have sent out "make rights" but I haven't gotten anything. I chatted with them and they basically blew me off, so I'm posting this in hopes to join others in making a stink about this.
They only care when money is being brought in.
I appreciate their communication, but action is everything. Many of us spent considerable time to get a so called head start and incentive to purchase the new game. We just want we worked hard for.
