Pack glitch using the "open next" button

I don't have video of it so maybe I'm screwed, but twice while opening packs from my CFP premium pass (one 89+, one 92+) it went through all the pre-card pack-opening animations but gave me no card, then dumped me back to the Unopened Packs screen.

I'd very much like a get-right of those 2 packs, but more than anything I'd warn anyone against using the "open next" button (X on Xbox) if it's for anything bigger than a coin pack.
