Hi EA_Barry, the appeals process appears to be broken as none of the appeals that people are submitting for being wrongly banned/coin wiped are being reviewed properly. Are you able to provide any contact information for the TOS Service Team so they can be contacted directly? If not, are you able to let your bosses know or anyone higher up at EA know that this process is not working and is unintentionally alienating paying customers that do follow the TOS? Appreciate any help you could provide! Thanks.
I like how they just ignore this...Def is EA's customer support model.
