    We have a specific process for ban appeals. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:

EA_Barry your process is terrible and I haven't been able to talk with anyone about my ban it happened to me and I only lost a game I love to play but EA TOS team doesn't care or have any answer to why they let a bot control the bans or suspends or given any proof to say hey this is the actual moment that lead to this ban

No luck on my end over a month later. Still AH banned and don't have my coins back. Hopefully this situation gets addressed. This should be fixed to keep it from happening and be in patch notes you would think, but I'm still seeing new people getting the boot.
