    We have a specific process for ban appeals. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:

They need to clear out all the bans and start fresh with a new system.  I got a perma ban two days ago and I do nothing but buy up EA points to accumulate my coins from buying and selling in the AH.  It seems like a disingenuous system of banning right now.   Of course no response from the EA team (Billkeyes PS5)
