Ranked rewards still missing 12/5

Other have posted already, but yup I too am still missing my ranked rewards. Insane we still have not received an update on twitter from that tweet that Madden direct put out. I have been in the EA help chat several times now and they tell me the same thing. I offer up my gamertag and system, I am not sure why they cannot just add the rewards to our account. The day I went to claim the rewards (12/1), I received a Cheez-it pack instead. No coins, no players. I would hope we receive extra rewards as compensation for this. Not to mention it said I was top 100 so I stopped playing even though there is no way I get top 100 rewards

    A lot of us never even received top rewards we earned from the first H2H ranked season. Why should we believe you?

    You gave out the top 100 reward to twitch streamers with 6000 points and won’t even acknowledge or assist me of why I did not receive it with 6171 points

    You made me a waste a month of my life and gave me the champion card which only would tske 5 hours to grind for.
