Ranked rewards
Plenty of days have passed & I still haven’t received my ranked rewards??!!
Fix your game asap & Or send me my money back immediately

I had the same issue. I had a chat with an EA customer service rep and they originally gave me a time frame of 24 hours for a resolution and the rewards would post to my account. I contacted them again after about 30 hours and the next rep said they have no estimate and the issue is being looked in to. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone who could give me more details to the situation, the rep said contact them back after "some time" and then they disconnected the chat. Pretty poor customer service after the amount of money I've dumped into buying points.
It’s been 3 days they had server maintenance this morning. Giving is our ranked rewards seems pretty low on their priority list
