It has now been 4 days. Top 100 players and some others have gotten their ranked rewards, meanwhile a majority of us STILL haven’t received them. This is completely unacceptable. This is a multi-billion dollar company. The customer service is also terrible and is no help at all. No other game is this incompetent. We can’t even get an update.

I finished with 6171 rank points and did not receive my top 100 reward. While watching people on twitch with 6000 rank points get there top 100 option pack. What a joke. I reach out to EA chat for assistance to escalate it and they do nothing what so ever to help. Does this company not understand how frustrating this is with no help or communication of how they going to help.
