Spent 11k, Now Blocked from Auction House

I’ve been locked out of the Auction House on both of my accounts despite investing more than 11k in the game. EA Help tickets go weeks with no response. I’m now unable to buy or sell players. I don’t want to go to my credit card company and contest all the charges but EA isn’t responsive. PLEASE HELP!

Hi there. If your account was banned from the auction house, you'll need to submit a dispute so that Terms of Service can perform an investigation. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thank you.
