Why even have forums?

EA!!!! You could care less about your customers. It’s been 2 weeks since even a response on these issues. Get bent! I won’t be buying your season 9 pass or anything else until something is done. I’ve yet to even receive an apology. Yall are aware there is an issue….. do something about it!!!
