I’m trying to play Dynasty where I call plays and control the team normally, but I want the CPU quarterback to make the reads and throw the ball. I do not want full Coach Mode where the AI controls everything. Is there a setting in College Football 27 that allows CPU-controlled QB passing only?
It does seem to have a true coach mode based on their dynasty deep dive.
Coaches coach, players play. EA has had it wrong all these years and finally got it right. I think what you are asking for is not coach mode, it is a hybrid of regular game play allowing you to play whatever position you want and the CPU plays everything else. Please leave coach mode alone.
Auto passing was in CFB 26, but they removed that feature and put in coach mode only. I don't like playing coach mode because I like controlling the RB and let the HUM CPU control the QB. I would only take control of the QB to run or throw the ball away. Taking this out of CFB 27 is a game changer and a waste of $75 for me. I am not going to play 27' unless they turn this back on in normal play in dynasty mode.
I agree they should leave coach mode alone. But allow auto passing back in the normal/regular gameplay in dynasty mode.
