How do I get the beta access as a ea tester?

You have to sign up and be invited, which may be too late to do now. The easiest way to ensure access is to get the membership (although from other posts, people are not getting their code?)

Not true. If you’re signed up to be an EA Gameplay Tester, and you signed up to Playtest EA College Football 27, there is a great chance they sent out a Beta Code today. I got mine today and I have signed up for the MVP+ Membership.

You have to buy the MVP+ membership.
