New Beta feedback on Dynasty

i play on Xbox. Have played Madden/CFB every year they were made sense 2001.

Dynasty discussion. Overall Small school building better, large school minor changes.  Great features and loved improved heisman difficulty but here are issues I believe are still present after running 3 seasons as Ball State and 3 as Michigan.

1: NIL. No matter the school a 5 star should not be cheaper than any 3 star. I found as Ball state the changes were amazing, made recruiting impossible to finesse. On flip side Michigan the NIL felt pointless. I would max NIL offer every recruit, got full support staff, full facilities and would waist thousands of NIL every year. It seems overkill that you have a huge budget and a 5 star costs only like 100 NIL. This lead to me in my Ball State seasons spending my 600-900 earned NIL I would finish top 10 in NIL each season which makes no sense. Nerf discount or drastically increase 5 star prices because even large schools cannot get 15 5 stars they do not have infinite money.

Progression still over-tuned it seems. Do not have base rosters but if its similar to past overalls then progression is to high.  its so easy to bring a teams overall drastically higher each season . It makes it illogical to ever play a freshman because you are promised to have a stater super high after 2 seasons of progression. Attribute wise speed and THP drastically over-tuned. If base rosters only have a few elite speed guys makes no sense after 2 seasons for every school to have 10+ 93+ speed guys. Also THP. As both Ball State and Michigan I had 3 93+ THP guys. 2 in each case at each school being 98/99. From my experience and what worries me is it makes gameplay worse as years go by. Every good school is 95+ overall super teams, no true elite speed guys because you have 100+ 96+ speed guys, no true cannon arms because everyone has one. Also as Ball state I had basically 2 Vick clones in year 3 having 95+ ACC, 90+ speed, and 98+ THP. That archetype should be rare imo. You only have probably 5-10 in college rn at most.

Defense AI seems much improved. Love the difficulty increase to make heisman actually a decent challenge. Long term would like some way to improve it being robo QBs and more about play calls being better. It leads to As Michigan playing against Western Michigan and Ohio State to similar. Overall like mentioned improved but for long term on harder difficulties I would just like ratings to play a bigger factor than just every DL insta sheds/QB is robo accurate. Intermediate-deep passing love interactions of WR/CB. Short routes still seem little rough where players run into each other or pass interference remains uncalled. Would love to see players animate past instead of hit each out and just go flying off but dont react.

coach suggestions also still seems very much the same as before. Same portion of playbook.

finally, injuries are still extremely unrealsitic. Constant same player going in and out regardless if you click keep out. No actual injuries just in and out players during the game. I might be in minority but I would love to see 2-8 week injuries or season ending. Helps create an interesting season storyline or have you play with a freshman or backup who might be fun. But instead its worst case said OL goes in and out every other play for entire game. To be this make it feel extremely unrealistic because there is no way to fix this. Up sliders and just more players go in and out with “chest injuries”. To get a serious injury or even a 2-3 week injury is almost impossible unless you sim.

Like mentioned big inprovements for dynasty when it comes to building programs/small schools. Gameplay overall improved
