No beta email
I have not received the email with code. And I signed up for mvp+ should I call someone?

For the MVP+ beta, you do not need a code. It should see the subscription, from the Xbox store, when the game starts and just put you in the beta (with a few warning screens). If you are getting a screen asking you to enter the code, try killing the game and restarting it.
