Restricted from using Communication Features

Is anybody else having this issue? I'm 33 and have never had any type of parental controls or anything like that on my PS5 account, console, or EA account. It keeps telling me that if a parent or guardian set it up, I can send them a request to allow me to use it for this game only. It won't even let me download anything from the creation center. Every time I try, that message pops up. I have checked all of the settings on my console and everything is set to allow/open whatever is needed for no restrictions.

    This does sound like your EA account date of birth is incorrect. Check the info at the following page to check/correct this.

    I've already double-checked that, and my birthdate is correct. I continue to have issues with my EA account and can't get any help. My EA account on EAFC 26 hasn't shown the content loading screens all year. Talked to an EA advisor and they didn't help me fix anything. It works fine on a separate account on the same system. Heck, half the time the card art on evo's won't even load. I don't know what's wrong with my account, but it needs to be refreshed or reset on your back end for some reason.

    Thank you, but I’ve never done something or received any notifications or a ban or limitations on my account. The restricted communications thing only triggers sometimes. Sometimes I close the app and turn my game off and then it works again. But, I will try that. The advisor I spoke to the last time never mentioned a ban.

    It says that I have no violations. If I create a new EA account, won't I lose my FC Founder status?
