Still no access with MVP+

Yeah so after my first message, I logged back on tonight and see the Trial on my home screen and to your point, it doesn't show I owned in my Library downloads however, it still says I own it on the Xbox store (also, my MVP+ sub is still active). Still no message pop up. Also I tested this with UFC 6 and downloaded that thru EA Play for the 10 hour trial to see what an EA Play trial looks like (its been a year or so). That prompts me before launching on how many hours I have left AND it shows within UFC in the top right that I am playing on the trial mode. CFB 27 doesn't show that for me so that seems good.

So far it seems like the full game and it just has the Trial icon when on the Xbox launch screen. Kind of annoying but my Rainmaker and coach points are in there. I'll probably eclipse 10 hours tomorrow since I launched via EA Play so hopefully it doesn't do this error message again. If it does then we EA really needs to fix this ASAP. Insane we had to do this after dropping 150. Apparently this happens with Game Pass too when EA games launch on there.

Thank you so much!! I did that and now the message is gone away. It does say it’s on a trial now for some reason when I look at my downloaded games, and it wasn’t saying that on it before. I’m gonna run the game for the 10 hours and see if the message pops back up again. Hopefully it doesn’t. Thank you again!!

For anyone reading this thread, I had the same issue the past few days. Even my AI was saying just wait for EA to provide a fix because I tried everything. I decided to just go to the Xbox Store, go to CFB 27 and launch in through the EA Trial (I had never started the 10 day trial since I bought MVP+ and it said I owned the game). It has worked for me. There is no trial timer for me, the game has been launching as it was a week ago and no issues so far.

Just go in and essentially hit More Options when on CFB in the store and click to do the EA trial then I think that probably reauthenticated it on the backend.

Hope karma doesn't come for me for posting this and issue comes back. 

But they’ll patch the free theme team glitch in 10-15 minutes. long as it’s not impacting their pockets, they really don’t care. Super frustrating :/

I don’t even game share man. only other account I’ve had on this Xbox was the one that I played CFB 25 on, and I know I couldn’t have purchased any trial on that account because I lost access to it. Isn’t even on my Xbox anymore and I played CFB 26 on my new account all last summer from the first day it dropped to last week. Definitely not getting that MVP+ membership again. Only thing I did different 

I've had this EA Trial popup issue since day 1 of the early release for CFB27. I've had the MVP+ membership purchased since June 4th. Still, even as the game has fully released I still have the issue. The ONLY solution was for me to sign out of my xbox account and sign back in and it kicks it back into a working state until I complete a task (practice, game, etc) I gameshare and I just used one of my switches to make this xbox my home xbox and it cleared the message. Now the person I gameshare with is unable to play, so the fix needs to correct it on all fronts or at this point tell microsoft to accept refund requests and let me buy the MVP deluxe edition. I won't be purchasing this trash subscription next year, EA always finds a way to screw up.

brother, there more than likely isn’t a fix if it’s been a week and they still don’t know/care 😂

We're working to get this fixed as soon as possible.

and I just feel like people not being able to access the game would be a slight priority but I’m just a noob
