***NOTE*** Codes can only be used by the account they are created for. A code given to you by someone else will not work.

Even though it sent us the code for the wrong platform. I don't own a PC. I own a PS5 and that's what my preference is set to.

I ran into the same thing. I was supposed to get it for PS5 but instead got it for PC.
Is there any way to get an Xbox code instead of PC? I never selected PC
