Horrible Simulation AI

I am playing dynasty with Michigan. I built the team from a 89 OVR year 1 to a 96 OVR year 2 and a 94 OVR year 3. I simulate playoff games (except for national championship) to avoid winning the natty every year. With those caliber of teams, I still lost EVERY playoff game. One and done every year. No matter how high I was ranked.

I started a couple of more dynastys and quit after the first game. Michigan (89 OVR) plays Western Michigan (69 OVR) the first game. So I naturally simulate this to play a better opponent. I LOST to WESTERN MICHIGAN 2 straight times starting a dynasty. 

What is the simulation infrastructure for this game? I understand upsets do happen in college football but this is ridiculous. Ohio State was a 94 OVR and went 7-5 losing to mediocre teams. This makes no sense. The odds of upset have to be low like in real life. Bad games happen and the occasional down year happens. But these are one offs not common place. This bug NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
