Replacing Coordinators Annually

Why is it that every coordinator that I hire gets a 1 year contract? Even when it shows that they sign a multi year deal when they sign with my school? This is frustrating. To make it worse, I can never find my existing coordinators when I go to sign during bowl season. But they end up signing with other schools saying that they were "fired." Please fix this and give the option to give current coordinators extensions.

  • To resign and give extensions make sure you go to "Manage Staff" the week of Conf Championship games. That is the only week you can manage current asst contracts. You also need to make sure to save NIL for that as well.

  • but we do need an option to put number of years on offers... for players as well

I have to his same issue. When I hired the OC, the screen said 2 years and the DC 4 years. Now in the offseason, it says 1 year expiring. Is this a bug or how it’s meant to be?

Program builder coach family tier 1 made it every 3 years but they get ridiculously expensive when their level builds up.

I pay 2k each for my level 100 talent developer assistants.
